My name is Valentina, and for me, hospitality has always been a natural thing, learned by watching my mother Franca.
By managing the Trattoria Tre Galline, she taught me that taking care of someone means doing it with care, with your hands and with your heart. I grew up this way, learning that welcoming is not just opening a door, it is making someone feel at home.
For us it has always been like this: simple, sincere, without ever dividing what we do from who we are.
Today I am a mother too. And what I breathed as a child is now expanding: to my family, and to this space we have imagined for you.
We created it by choosing every detail with our hearts: design that moves us, pieces found with patience, corners where we would want to be ourselves. It is a pampering that is not announced but felt, like when they wait for you with something good, like when you enter somewhere and immediately understand that it is your place.
To represent this continuity between generations, we commissioned Elisa Talentino for the painting that has become the sign of the Dimora: an image that playfully tells the idea of origin and future that we feel is ours.
