Here, every choice is designed to make guests feel at ease, in a place that knows the value of silence and rest.

The dwelling welcomes you with 4 rooms and 1 apartment, inside a historic building renovated with balance and respect. All rooms offer essential and functional comforts: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV, Illy coffee corner, minibar, and private bathrooms. We have taken care of every detail so that you can fully enjoy your stay.

OUR STORY

Dimora Tre Galline was born from the experience of the Tre Galline restaurant, to complete and expand an idea of hospitality that has always put people, shared time, and the quality of gestures at the center.

It is a project that I, Valentina, carry forward together with my family: the same attention we put every day in the kitchen, you will find in the rooms, in the common spaces, and in our way of welcoming you.

ONE FAMILY, TWO PROJECTS

Breakfast is always included in the stay and calmly accompanies the start of each day. It is served in front of the dwelling, in the spaces of the trattoria.

The offering changes with the seasons and tells the story of home cooking: freshly baked cakes, biscuits, focaccias, jams, cheeses, and local cold cuts, to start the day without haste.

In the same spaces, always in the building opposite, it is possible to return to the table for lunch or dinner, upon reservation and according to the restaurant’s opening days.

For us, sustainability means attention and respect: towards the spaces we inhabit, the people we meet, and the territory that surrounds us.

Dimora Tre Galline embraces a conscious approach to hospitality, made of concrete, everyday choices.
Durable materials, recovered elements, handcrafted furnishings, attention to consumption, waste reduction and the promotion of local businesses are all part of a way of welcoming guests that respects both the territory and the people.

Breakfast and the minibar also follow this same philosophy: guests will find almost exclusively organic or locally sourced products, carefully selected to tell the story of the area through authentic flavours and quality choices.

Here, sustainability is not a statement, but a quiet practice, in harmony with the rhythm of the place and with the idea of hospitality that looks to the future without losing its roots.
